Thank you, Mathieu.

Suite 200 went dark today.

No internet. No emails. Just a forced pause in the middle of Q4.

So, we did the only logical thing: we headed to the kitchen.

Tomatoes, cilantro, limes, and Brazilian steak. The smell of cooking replaced the noise of typing.

But today wasn’t just about the food.

It was a farewell toast to Mathieu Grattarola as he wraps up his chapter with us at Aromatech USA.

There is a strange contrast in these moments.

We are surrounded by Christmas decorations and celebration, yet saying goodbye.

It feels like an ending and a beginning happening at the exact same time.

We gathered. We laughed. We took the time.

Eventually, the internet came back. The emails started flowing again. But it was a good reminder that while the projects are why we are here, the team is how we get it done.

Good food. Better company.

Thank you, Mathieu. We wish you all the best for what comes next.
