Aromatech at NCIFT Suppliers’ Night: Functional Beverage and Pistachio Flavor Applications

Last week, Dawn Riviere represented Aromatech at the Northern California IFT Suppliers’ Night in Pleasanton, CA.
The event, held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds, is one of the premier ingredient and supplier expos on the West Coast, bringing together food scientists, R&D teams, and product developers from across the region.
This year’s symposium put a spotlight on two forces reshaping the industry: evolving regulations and shifting consumer expectations.
Clean label, functional positioning, and ingredient transparency were major talking points on the floor, and the conversations at Booth 85 reflected exactly that.
Dawn came with two concepts that hit right where the market is moving. A functional beverage application, which speaks directly to the growing demand for products that deliver beyond basic nutrition. And a pistachio flavor demo, riding one of the most talked-about ingredient trends of the moment.
Big thanks to the lab team for putting together the samples, and to Dawn for representing us on the West Coast 🙌
