What You Missed at IFT First

To everyone who’s been following our journey on LinkedIn or cheering us on behind the scenes, thank you.

Here’s a look at what went down last week at IFT First: three days of nonstop conversations with R&D managers, product developers, and future food scientists. One thing was clear across the board, everyone came to learn, share, and push innovation forward.

Our booth became a kind of tasting confessional, a space where product developers shared their challenges, wild ideas, and flavor dreams that haven’t been built yet. We brought novel tastes, sure, but also walked away with something just as valuable: real reactions, real feedback, and real momentum.

Of course, we brought back leads, but also real reactions from real product developers. Pain points. Curiosities. Flavor dreams that haven’t been built yet. And through it all, the feeling that what we do, from formulation to sourcing to getting the sample there on time, really matters.

So to our sourcing teams, flavorists, production crew, and logistics: thank you. You’re the reason we had something worth showing (and something worth tasting).

More shows are coming, and we can’t wait to meet you at the next one.
