Rocky Mountain IFT 2025

In a hangar far, far away…

Dawn Riviere held the fort at the Rocky Mountain Section Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) last week, and if you stopped by our booth, you probably left with a few samples, and maybe a couple of new ideas.

Plant-based masking, protein, shelf-life stability… similar topics from one show to another, yet every conversation is unique.

It’s this uniqueness we love to bring to local shows because your idea, coupled with our expertise, is what makes the magic work 🙌

The event took place inside an aircraft hangar, surrounded by planes and even a few Star Wars podracers. Next year, we’ll make sure to invite Anakin too 🛩️

Thanks to everyone who came, tasted, and challenged us with the hard questions. That’s exactly what we’re here for.

Next stop: IFT Chicago, November 5, Booth 610.

Different city, same mission: bringing technical flavor expertise to the table.
