Aromatech USA presents Functional Beverages at NYIFT Expo

We’re at New York Institute of Food Technologists (NYIFT) today.

📍 Guilherme Bissoli and Karolina Jaworska are at Booth J35 in Whippany from 2 to 6 PM. If you’re walking the floor, stop by, we brought two prototypes to the bench and would love your take.

🍊 Cognitive Citrus
A tangerine-tamarind beverage built around non-stimulant focus. We paired a Natural Tangerine WONF with a Tamarind Type to carry 500mg of organic ashwagandha, without the bitter, earthy drag that usually comes with it. Calm clarity, minus the botanical off-notes.

🧁 True Pistachio Muffin
Pistachio is one of the hardest profiles to hold through a bake, it either disappears or goes full marzipan. We built this one around a Natural Pistachio Type that actually survives the oven, so the roasted character comes through from the first bite.
