Aromatech Group Accelerates Growth with Ambitious New Strategic Plan

Boasting an average annual growth of 10%, our Group continues its dynamic development by aiming for a 40% increase in turnover by 2028.


A New Organization for New Ambitions

To support this ambitious growth, we have implemented a new governance structure and a strategic plan named Trusty, based on 12 key axes, covering all of the Group’s activities. These axes include digitalization, business development, enhanced performance of the Research & Innovation center with a focus on savory flavors, and significant industrial investments.

A Strengthened and Restructured Top Management Team
The new management team aims to enhance Aromatech’s agility and responsiveness to market challenges.

 

A Group Strategic Committee responsible for defining the overall direction and overseeing the deployment of the strategic plan. It is composed of :

 

-Benoit Martel, Chairman of the Aromatech Group

-Yvan Grattarola, CEO of the Aromatech Group

-Two independent Board members

 

A Group Management Committee in charge of driving operational performance and implementing the defined actions. It is composed of the General Managers and Deputy General Managers of each Business Unit, as well as 4 Group Business Partners (Finance, HR, Sales,Technical).

 

 

These significant changes will enable the Group to consolidate its position in the global food flavors market.

By continuing to prioritize customer satisfaction, the Aromatech Group is confident in its ability to meet the challenges of the coming years and write a new chapter in its history.
