Your missions will be:


Achieve business growth within terms of volume, net sales, and profitability generating new business and introducing new products.

Apply aggressive sales strategies to deliver short term success and build long term growth opportunities.

Manage process for new product introduction and technical assistance when necessary

Work with the technical, marketing and sales support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge.

Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their issues.

Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling, email, networking and trade shows.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Performance is measured by a total volume and profit on sales within the region and the ability to meet specific personal and market objectives and goals.


Required profile and skills:

Bachelor or Business or Food engineering degree. You benefit from a successful professional experience of, at least, 3 years in the Food industry – B2B selling experience – (Technical understanding of ingredients & Flavors)

Preferably, previous sales &/or technical experience in BtoB Flavors, Natural Ingredients (not commodities), Food Compounds or Premixes, Natural Chemicals Industries

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and proficient computer skills.

Professional demeanor and business acumen along with understanding of selling techniques

Demonstrate strong initiative, motivation and discipline.

You know how to build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate integrity.
